2. Nikoo Homes I & II

Nikoo Homes I and II, set the standard for urban living within the township. Nikoo Homes I covers 10.9 acres and features 10 high-rise towers with approximately 1,000 units, offering floor areas ranging from 1,098 to 1,917 square feet. It was completed in June 2018 under RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171014/000161.

Following this, Nikoo Homes II (East and West) covers roughly 14 acres. This phase includes 6 towers rising to 33 floors, with home sizes ranging from 620 to 2,800 square feet to suit everyone from single professionals in 1 BHKs to large families in 4 BHK apartments. Nikoo Homes II (East) was completed in 2021, and Nikoo Homes II (West) was completed in 2023. 3. Nikoo Homes IV & V

Nikoo Homes IV is on an 8 acre land. It features 3 high-rise towers reaching 32 floors with 716 luxury units. It offers studio, 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK options with floor plans ranging from 450 to 2,500 square feet. Its RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/210731/004208, with an expected completion date from 2026 onwards.

Nikoo Homes V further elevates the skyline with 5 towers soaring up to 38 floors on a 7-acre plot. This phase provides 568 units, including options from 480-square-foot studios to 2,253-square-foot 4 BHK homes. While Nikoo IV is completed, Nikoo V is under construction with possession expected by 2029 and prices starting from ₹1.25 Crores onwards. 4. Nikoo Homes 6

The latest modern addition, Nikoo Homes 6, is located on an 8-acre site and consists of 5 towers with 17 upper floors. This phase offers 632 units designed for comfort and style, including studios (470 sq. ft.), 1 BHKs (731 sq. ft.), 2 BHKs (up to 1,318 sq. ft.), 3 BHKs (up to 1,848 sq. ft.), 4 BHKs (up to 2,502 sq. ft.), and Lofts (up to 2,182 sq. ft.). 5. Bhartiya Garden Estate 

Bhartiya Garden Estate is a new launch project. It spans 29 acres. The project features 10 towers with 22 floors each. It has 1,850 premium apartments. This phase offers studios at 793 sq. ft and 4 BHKs up to 2,586 sq. ft. The RERA numbers are PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/260825/008038 (Phase 1), PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/060925/008064 (Phase 2), and

PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/060925/008065 (Phase 3). The expected completion dates are August 2030 for Phase 1, February 2031 for Phase 2, and August 2031 for Phase 3.
